Lamb Packs
We have three different pack options available for whole lambs or half (sides) of lamb, to cater for different cooking preferences. Legs of lamb can be halved or left whole for a big family roast. Chops are portioned in packs of 2, 4 or 6. The fresh meat arrives cryovac packed and clearly labelled, ready to eat or put straight into the freezer.

Beef Boxes
10kg beef box
- 3kg mince
- 2kg diced casserole beef
- 1kg sausages
- 1 roast (either rolled roast, topside or round)
- 4 steaks (2 x 2pkts, either t-bone, eye fillet, scotch fillet and porterhouse)
- 2-3 steaks for either BBQ or stir fry (rump/blade)
